2 c, flour
1 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c. melted oleo
1/3 c. warm water
1 egg
10 c. sliced apples
1 c. of sugar (May need more if apples are sour)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 2 c. flour and 1 Tbl. sugar and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 2/3 c. melted oleo and 1/3 c. warm water and 1 beaten egg. Mix well and set aside. Prepare 10 c. sliced apples. Mix 1 c. of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Divide dough into 5 equal parts. Roll one to fit in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread 2 1/2 c. of the sliced apples and 1/4 c of sugar - cinnamon mixture. Roll out 2 pieces of dough - repeat 3 x's and top with 5th pices of dough. Make vents and brush w/ melted butter. Bake at 400 for 40 min. until nice and brown. May use sheets of boughten Phyllo dough. 2 to 3 per layer and brush with melted butter between each sheet.
