12 Boiled Eggs
1 15oz Can of Beets
1 C White Vinegar
½ C White Sugar*

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Eggs. Peel and add to a large jar with lid. In a small pot add beets with juice, vinegar and sugar. Simmer until sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool slightly. Pour over eggs. Let cool completely. Put lid on jar and refrigerate.

Add ¼ C more if you want sweeter eggs.
Refrigerate at least 2 weeks before eating.
