1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 28oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 15oz Can Brooks Hot Chili Beans
3 15oz Cans Brooks Mild Chili Beans
1 15oz Can Kidney Beans
Lawrys Garlic Salt
Chili Powder
Pepper
Cumin
Paprika
½ Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add onion, green pepper, ground beef, 2 tbsp garlic salt and 2 tbsp chili powder to skillet; cook until done. (Add the onion and green pepper to skillet first then ground beef and seasonings.) While beef is cooking prepare the remaining ingredients. In a large pot add all tomatoes, all beans, garlic salt, chili powder, pepper, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and sugar. When ground beef, onion and green pepper are done drain off all grease and add to pot. Stir well. Simmer on low for 10 minutes and taste. Add more seasoning if needed. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. You can let simmer on low for up to an hour.
