1 c Sugar
1 c Peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Drop spoonsful onto cookie sheet, lined with wax paper. Smoosh cookies down by crisscrossing the tops of the cookies with fork tines.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

Remove cookie and let cool, or enjoy warm....
