1 lb bacon, crumbled
1 lb rigatoni
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rigatoni in salted water according to package directions.
Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the water.
Heat the whipping cream and cream cheese in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in the parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Add the sauce to the pasta and toss to coat.
Stir in the bacon and some of the reserved cooking water until the sauce has reached the desired consistency.
