1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and butter
Add flour, baking soda and salt
Mix together til well blended
Roll into small balls and press down with fork
Bake in a 350º preheated oven for about 10-12 min I til light brown

Note these sugar cookies are not the ones you ice and decorate.
