Crumb Mixture
1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Rhubarb Filling
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumb mixture. Put half in a 9 by 13 pan.
Mix rhubarb, sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla. Cook until thick.
Pour over crumb mixture. Put remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Spring brings rhubarb, and other than rhubarb pie, this crunch recipe is probably one of the most requested from Grammy.
