2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 - 1 cup shortening
5-7 tablespoons cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together; cut in shortening with fingers or pastry blender until pieces are the size of small peas. Sprinkle 1 tbs. water over part of the mixture. Gently toss with fork. Push to side of bowl. Repeat until all is moistened. Form into 2 dough balls. Flour surface and roll out dough. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or till golden brown.
