Directions:
Instructions: make the mascarpone cream by mixing both cheeses and granulated sugar and mixing until soft and smooth. Reserve. Make whip cream by mixing heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks formed. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until smooth. Store in fridge until puff dough it’s ready. Unfold both puff dough sheets and cut in 3 equal parts. Then cut one of those pieces in half again (like the video). Beat an egg and brush on top. Bake off following box instructions (about 15-20 minutes at 375). Let it cool off. Form the shape of a cross with puff dough, pipe down the cream and repeat another layer. Decorate with fresh fruit or macarons and wafers.
