1/2 kilo of legumes (red lentils, chickpeas, beans, peas, barley and wheat, fava beans stir fried)
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
salt
spices as desired
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soak legumes in cold water for 3 hours.
Filter the water. In a large pot, add filtered water and add onions and oil.
Cook until soft. Add sauce and spices.
Add water if it decreases. Cook until the legumes are cooked.
