6 eggs, separated
2 mangoes
4 kiwis
⅔ c. sugar
3 Tb.lemon juice
¼ c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, separately process 2 mangoes and 4 kiwis.

Whip egg whites. Slowly add in sugar (beginning when you have egg white foam).

Mix yolks with lemon juice and oil.

Combine yolk mixture with whipped egg whites.

Mix each kind of fruit with half of the batter to create 2 fruit mixtures.

Spread mango mixture in a 9" x 13" pan. Freeze for 1 hour.

Add kiwi layer. Freeze.
