Crust:
5 cups flour
2 tsp salt
12 Tbsp butter, softened
1 1/3 cup Crisco
1 cup ice cold water

Filling:
6 cans any fruit of choice

Icing:
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add crust ingredients together in bowl and fork together until crumble form. Split in half and roll on a floured surface. Place crust into cookie pan. Pour fruit filling cans onto crust. Roll the rest of the crust and place on top pinching together all edges. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Blend all icing ingredients and pour onto cookie sheet pie.
