500ml Flour
15ml Baking Powder
5ml Salt
75ml Lard (can use Crisco or vegetable oil)
175-200ml Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

2. Mix together dry ingredients.

3. Cut fat into dry mixture. Add water. Stir together.

4. Knead 10-15 times. Roll or pat about 1.5-2 cm thick.

5. Place on am ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with a fork in several places.

6. Bake 25-30 minutes.
