2 Tablespoons of butter
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 1/2 pounds ground Beef
1 egg
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Belt butter in saucepan and then saute the chopped onion and garlic for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
2. Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, seasoning and cheese until well combined. Add in the sautéed onions and garlic.
3. Place into a loaf pan
4. Bake for about 45-50 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes and garlic fried green beans.
