A sticky sweet and tangy glaze for baked ham.

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½C Apricot Jam
½C Honey
3T Lemon Juice
1T Cornstarch (aka Corn Flour)
½tsp Ground Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan add all ingredients and stir well.
2. Simmer on low to medium heat stirring constantly until thick.
3. Remove from heat.
4. At about the last 30 mins or so of cook time for the ham, brush the glaze generously over the entire surface. Glaze is best when it’s allowed to caramelize, so I usually continue to bake the ham until the glaze has reached that point.

Personal Notes:
Note: Pour small amounts at a time into a dish as you glaze the ham. This way, if you end up with any remaining glaze in the pot it will not be contaminated by the under-cooked ham and can be served as a sauce with your meal!
