Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, milk, sugar and cocoa to a full rolling boil. Boil exactly 1 minute (best to set timer). Too short a time and cookies won't set up; too long and they will be dry and crumble. After boiling, remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir. Add oats last. Quickly turn out by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. When cookies are cool and dull in appearance (about 20 minutes) peel from waxed paper and enjoy.
