2- 6 oz boneless pork chops
Seasoning for pork chop - I usually use salt, pepper and some sort of steak seasoning
1 shallot - chopped
2 tsp beef stock concentrate
2 TBSP sour cream
1/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet heat on med-high heat a drizzle of avocado or olive oil. Once hot add pork and cook until browned and cooked through - about 4-6 min on each side. Once done transfer to a plate.
Using same pan add a little more oil to pan and add the shallot. Cook, stirring until softened, lightly browned (about 2-3 min)
Stir in stock concentrate and 1/4 c water. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced - 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season generously with pepper

Spoon sauce over pork chops

I usually have with a veggie like broccoli or green beans.
