3 large yellow onions
Thyme
1-2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Roasted Garlic Better than Bullion
1 TBSP Beef Better than Bullion
2 TBSP Sugar
5 C water

French Baguette
Gruyere Cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize Onions with olive oil, butter. Add water as needed.
Once the onions are COMPLETLY caramelized, add vinegar, thyme, sugar & water. Cook until it's a "jammy" consistancy.
Add better than bullions and water.
Salt & Pepper to taste

Slice Baguette into pieces. Top with cheese and toast in oven until browned and melted

Serve on top of soup.
