Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2- 3.25 oz bag plain pork rinds
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Carnivore crisps chicken breast
flour (this is optional but does help with
the texture)
1 Tbsp season salt Redmond's Real Salt
Organic Season Salt

METHOD
Blend all ingredients together in a food
processor or blender. Dip whatever you
are breading into raw eggs and then coat
with the breading. Bake, air fry, deep fry
or pan fry until crispy. Keep refrigerated
for freshness, up to one week. This
breading can also be used as a binder in
meatloaf or meatballs and makes a
delicious crunchy topping on top of
casseroles. I use an air fryer for most of
these recipes but you can pan fry or use
an oven. Temperature’s can be the same
but may require a longer cook time. Go
ahead and get creative!
