2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. diced celery
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 pkg. frozen french-style green beans
1 pkg. frozen corn
2 cans kidney beans
1 t. cumin
3 T. chili powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. oregano
1/4 t. red cayenne pepper
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion, peppers and celery.

Drain well and rinse with hot water.

Combine with all other ingredients except rice in large crockpot.

Add rice about 30 minutes prior to serving.

Add water as desired for consistency you want. If you like a thick soup, don't add water.
