1 bag hashbrowns
2 c. ham - diced
1 c. milk
7 eggs
4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hashbrowns, cheese, and ham in a bowl.

Spread hashbrown mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.

Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt together in a bowl until well blended.

Pour egg mixture evenly over hashbrowns and cover pan.

Bake, covered with foil at 350º for 50 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
