2 cups matzo meal
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 large eggs

Preheat oven to 375º. Line pan with parchment paper.

Combine matzo meal, salt and sugar, stir well. Transfer mixture to bowl of electric mixer.

In medium saucepan, bring oil and water to boil, remove from heat.

Add heated water/oil mixture to matzo meal mixture.

With mixer on low, mix matzo meal mixture/water oil mixture. Add the 4 eggs, one a time at low speed, then turn speed up to medium and beat well.

Let mixture stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Pour small amount of oil on hands, roll dough to form roll (size of golf ball), place on prepared cookie sheet. Place 2 inches apart .

Bake for 45 minutes.

Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Makes 12 rolls.
