1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 small can diced jalapenos
1 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese
1 packet dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1 can rotel
2 cans of corn
2 cups shredded cheese ( reserve some for the top)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown making sure to break into small pieces, Stir in cream cheese and cook over low heat until cheese is incorporated, stir in sour cream and ranch mix, when blended add rotel, corn and most of the cheese.

Pat into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake on 375º for 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
