For the Dough:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter

Filling ingredients:
You can be creative! Crepe can be eaten either as a sweet dessert or as a meal with veggies and/or meat and cheese. Here are a few ideas.

Sweet Crepe Options:
Banana and chocolate or Nutella
Maple syrup, fresh berries, and a side of vanilla ice cream
A simple sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon

Hearty Crepe Options:
Sliced ham and grated cheese
Chopped tomato, onion, and sliced avocado
Various fillings similar to those you'd enjoy in a stir-fry or on a pizza, such as sautéed vegetables, different meats, and cheeses

Feel free to mix and match ingredients according to your taste preferences, whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients and then slowly add to dry ingredients while stirring. The dough is very runny so that it can be spread out easily in the saucepan. Pre-heat an 8 inch, non-stick saucepan on medium heat and add a little oil. Add ½ cup of dough to the pan and immediately spread out into a thin layer, 2-3 mm thick, using a spatula. After about 1 min, flip the crepe over and add the filling ingredients of your choice to one half of the crepe. Continue to cook until the underside is starting to brown. Fold the crepe in half and press down gently with the spatula to form a pouch. It is now ready to serve.
Bon Appetit!
