Directions:Mix wet ingredients and then slowly add to dry ingredients while stirring. The dough is very runny so that it can be spread out easily in the saucepan. Pre-heat an 8 inch, non-stick saucepan on medium heat and add a little oil. Add ½ cup of dough to the pan and immediately spread out into a thin layer, 2-3 mm thick, using a spatula. After about 1 min, flip the crepe over and add the filling ingredients of your choice to one half of the crepe. Continue to cook until the underside is starting to brown. Fold the crepe in half and press down gently with the spatula to form a pouch. It is now ready to serve. Bon Appetit! |
