Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 cups white flour
1 cup sugar
10 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 cups raisins
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and raisins. Cut in the butter with your hands until the mixture becomes crumbly. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and combine them with the milk and vanilla.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk mixture all at once. Stir with a large wooden spoon or fork just until the flour is incorporated; the dough will be sticky.

Divide the dough into two balls. Place each on a floured wax paper and pat the dough until it becomes less sticky. Use a small juice glass to cut out bun shapes.

Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly golden.
