Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 250 gram package of chocolate chips
2 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
400 grams graham wafer crumbs
1 can of Fussels Cream
1 cup unsweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by placing the chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, and egg in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes to melt the ingredients together. Be sure to stir the mixture thoroughly after microwaving to ensure everything is evenly mixed.

Next, add the Graham wafer crumbs to the melted mixture and stir until well combined. Incorporate the Fussels Cream into the mixture, mixing until everything is smoothly blended.

Form the mixture into 24 balls to make the chewy snowballs. Roll each snowball in unsweetened coconut, coating them evenly. Place the coated snowballs in the freezer to firm up, which should take a few hours.

For the best texture and flavor, serve the snowballs about 10 minutes after removing them from the freezer.
