2 cups Self-rising Flour
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Pre-heat oil in fryer

Mix flour, salt & pepper in a gallon ziplock bag

Rinse cubed steak in water

Drop in ziplock, zip it & shake

Fry 2 pieces at a time for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown
