1 package Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (20 oz.)
1/2 container Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce (15 oz.)
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
1) COOK tortellini for 5 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup pasta water. Drain pasta.

2) BRING alfredo, reserved pasta water, and black pepper to a boil; add tortellini and simmer 1-2 minutes until it’s slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

3) ADD butter and stir to melt. Once melted, add parmesan cheese and more black pepper, if desired.

4) REMOVE from heat and toss to incorporate. Serve and enjoy!


Chef’s Tip:
Add bacon and peas, roasted cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or other toppings of your choice to add your own unique flavors.
