2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ Crisco shortening
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Cover a pastry cloth with flour and pour out dough.
Sprinkle with flour and knead into dough until not too sticky,
Pat the dough to about 1 inch thickness.
Cut with a floured round cutter or glass.
Put on parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake in 400º oven for 15-20 minutes.
