Ingredients:  
2 cups squash
1 large onion
2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 cup cheese - grated
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick margarine - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and onion.
Boil until tender and mash.
Crush crackers.
Whip eggs with milk.
Mix cheese with crumbs.
Pour egg mixture into squash.
Put 1/2 crumb mixture in squash and stir.
Pour in margarine.
Pour into greased casserole.
Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
