¾ cup butter
1 onion - chopped
2 ribs celery - chopped
1 green bell pepper - chopped
1 red bell pepper - chopped
1 bunch green onions - chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound crawfish tails
2 cups cooked rice
½ cup chopped parsley
Tabasco sauce - to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add celery, pepper, onions, & dry seasonings - Sauté 3 - 4 minutes.
Stir in the soups and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove and add crawfish tails, rice, parsley and Tabasco sauce.
Place mixture in casserole dish.
Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
