Ingredients: 1 lbs pasta bow tie, fettuccine or linguine 1-2clove fresh minced garlic 4 Tblspoons Butter 1 cup Parmesan cheese 8-10 oz cooked salmon fillet, skin removed 1/2cup dry white wine (optional) 1 cup heavy cream 2 cups blanched asparagus ½ lemon, zest and 1 tbsp juice ¼ tsp salt or to taste 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:Bake salmon up to a day ahead and shred Boil your choice of pasta according to the box directions drain and rinse set aside Blanche your asparagus for 2- minutes then bathe in cold water
In a large skillet melt butter , Add minced garlic to the melted and simmer until its fragrant
Add cream and bring o a slow but constant simmer
Add Parmesan cheese stir constantly until sauce starts to thicken
Add lemon and lemon zest
You can add pasta, salmon, and asparagus
Optional you can add your wine at this time. Simmer a few more minutes
I like to place it in a prepared 9 x 13 pan . Top with additional Parmesan and broil a few minutes |

Notes: This recipe is so good you can eat it hot or cold. I like the crispness of the Parmesan cheese on top.
Serve with a good crusty bread or a side salad
Try substituting broccoli , cooked zucchini, fresh Spinach wilted in sauce before broiling
