3 lb. pork roast
1 lb. pinto beans
Garlic salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin seed
1 cup chopped green chilies (diced)3 tsp. salt

Boil meat & beans - keep covered with water - 5-6 hours.
Skim fat - remove bones - let thicken last hour
Serve with Frito's, grated cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, lettuce, sour cream & avacados.
