Velveeta Mexican Cheese block
1 can cream of mushroom soup
small box of frozen chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Make frozen broccoli according to directions and strain and pat dry with paper towel
in mircowave bowl cube the velveeta and add the mushroom soup (no water) and melt in 2min increments stirring and putting back in until melted add the cooked broccoli and mix well serve with tortilla chips

When I was a kid we didn't have Rotel so when we had get togethers this was what my mom made for Chips and Dip.
