Dressing:
1 cup of mayonnaise
3 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbs of sugar
1 tsp of black pepper

Salad:
8 cups of brocolli florets
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup almonds
6 slices of chopped cooked bacon
¼ diced red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk mayonnaise and vinegar until smooth. Stir in sugar and pepper until combined.

Add broccoli to dressing. Mix until coated. Add cheese, almonds, cranberries, bacon and onion until combined.

Refridgerate 1 hour before serving.
