Cream cheese 8oz softened
¾ Cup sour cream
2 tbs Minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
10 oz frozen spinach
¼ tsp Kosher salt
⅛ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400ºf. Spray 1 qt baking dish with non stick spray.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Add garlic, onion powder, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper. Fold in spinach.

Spread in dish and bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
