Directions:
At first cook the meat using all herbs, for example, raw onion, cooking oil, ginger, garlic paste, slt, chili powder, coriander powder, yogurt, coconut milk, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf.

When the meat is fully cooked with almost less broth, then add fried cube potato in it.

Now rice should be half boiled and needed to add with the meat and potato. If beef/lamb is 1kg in amount, rice should be ½kg. After mixing all the items, spread some butter, fried onion, crushed nuts and raisins on top of the mixture and keep it on the stove on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Now it is ready to eat. You can prepare some fruit salad and enjoy your meal with this recipe. This recipe is called Biriany and it is our traditional food in Bangladesh.
