1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. oil

Beat the two eggs in a bowl, then mix in the rest of the ingredients in order.
Fry on an ungreased griddle, 350 º
Flip pancakes when lots of bubbles appear
