1 can mushroom stems/pieces
1, 10.5 oz can condensed cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups hot cooked noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook the beef.
Add in chopped onion and butter stirring until onions are tender.
Stir in flour, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in mushroom soup and cream.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Drain cooked noodles and pour hamburger mixture over noodles.
Mix well and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
