4 Cups Self Rising Flour
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Sticks Butter, cold & grated
2 Eggs, whipped slightly
1/2 Cup Buttermilk, more if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda to large mixing bowl. Grate cold shredded butter to bowl.
Add slightly beaten eggs and buttermilk to bowl.
Add more buttermilk if needed. Turn bread dough hook to medium on mixer. Mix well. Put bowl in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Turn dough out to a slightly flour counter top. Roll dough into about a 1/2 inch and cut using 2 1/4 cookie cutter. Will make about 20 biscuits. Cut and place into cookie pan slightly touching each other. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon buttermilk and 1 egg. Bake in 400 degrees for 15 minutes
