1 package frozen cheese blintzes
1 package frozen fruit blintzes
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and roll the frozen blintzes in margarine until coated. In a large rectangular pyrex dish, place coated blintzes, alternating cheese and fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon/
Beat the eggs and add sugar, sour cream and vanailla. Mix all and pour over blintzes, covering well. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with extra sour cream.
