4 Eggs Beaten
2 Sticks of butter
1 Cup of flour
1 Cup of sugar
1 Tsp of almond extract

Filling:

1 Jar of raspberry preserves

Frosting:

Chocolate Gnash

Layers Cakes:

Cream butter, sugar together and add 4 beaten eggs slowly while mixing

Add almond extract

Add flour and mix well

Should be like a cake batter in the end

Divide into three equal portions

Color each 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow

Grease 3 8x8 tin pans and put 1 color batter in each

Bake at 350 until done but not brown

Assembly:

Remove each cake from the pan

Layer red cake at bottom of a 8x8 pan and cover with preserves

Cover with yellow cake and then cover yellow cake with preserves

Cover with the green cake

Pour Gnash over the top to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Cover and place in fridge for 2 hours

Remove from fridge and slice into 4 equal size bars

Slice cookies off each bar just under 1 inch in thickness
