1/2 cup Sour Cream
16oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits, drained
8oz Cubed Ham
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
Instructions

Directions:
1. Using a fork, crush about half of the pineapple, then drain the juice again.
2. Combine the cream cheese, green onion, ham, sour cream, crushed and un-crushed pineapple tidbits, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
3. Stir well to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Place a piece of cling wrap across the top of an empty large bowl, then scoop the cheese mixture into the center of the cling wrap.
5. Wrap the cling wrap around the cheeseball and form it into a ball.
6. Leave the cheeseball in a smaller bowl to hold it's shape and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
7.. Remove the cheeseball from the fridge, then gently peel the cling wrap from the cheeseball and place the cheeseball in the center of a plate.
8. Arrange crackers or veggies around the edge of the cheeseball plate and serve.
