1 pkg yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1½ tsp vanilla
Streusel:
½ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tsps cinnamon
2 T butter softened
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T water
Directions:
Directions:
Put cake mix, eggs, 1 stick butter, water and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
Spoon ⅓ of batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Mix together streusel ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on top of cake mixture.
Repeat 2 more times ending with streusel.
Nuts are optional between the layers.
Bake at 375º for 48 minutes.
Cool right side up for 20 minutes then remove from pan.
Combine powdered sugar and water, mix until smooth.
Drizzle over cake.
