¾ C sugar
3 Tbsp flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
5 C peaches
2 Tbsp butter, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Cut up peaches and add to the mixture. Mix well. Add to uncooked pie shell. Be sure to pierce the pie crust on the bottom. Place the cubed butter on top of filling. (Makes the crust flaky and buttery) Top with another uncooked pie crust. Make slits in the top crust.

Bake 400 degrees for 50 minutes. 10 minutes before done baking, cover the outer crust with tinfoil or piecrust cover so it doesn’t burn. Bake until filling is boiling.
