2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups peeled, finely chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, brown sugar and melted butter.
Blend at low speed until crumbly, add nuts.
Press 2¾ cups of mixture into a 15 x 9 baking dish.
To the remaining crumbs add cinnamon, soda, salt, sour cream, egg and vanilla.
Blend well
Spread apples over crust
Add remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350º
