Graham Cracker Crust

1½ C graham crackers, crushed
¼ C butter, melted
⅛ C sugar

Directions:

Mix ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan.
 

Cream Cheese Filling


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 – 14 ounce can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 – 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
⅓ C lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 – 21 ounce can pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until light & fluffy. Beat in condensed milk. Add lemon juice and vanilla and stir until well mixed. Pour over crust. Refrigerate until set. Top with desired pie filling.


**I usually double the filling. Depends on how much filling you like to have.
**Not necessary to put the pie filling on top. It is just as good plain.
