4 squares bitter chocolate
¾ cup sugar
½ cup half n half
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
3 sticks butter
1½ cups powdered sugar
vanilla
lady fingers
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate.
Add sugar, half n half and egg yolks.
Mix well
Cream together butter, 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add to chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, add ½ cup powdered sugar and fold into chocolate mixture.
Line a spring form pan, sides and bottom, with lady fingers.
Put mixture inside pan and refrigerate.
Garnish with 1 cup heavy cream, whipped.
