½ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup milk
2½ cups chopped apples
Topping:
⅔ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup butter
½ cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter white and brown sugars.
Add eggs, vanilla, salt and soda.
Add milk, flour and apples.
Pour into a baking dish.
Mix together topping ingredients
Spread on cake.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
Serve with whipped cream
