2/3 c butter
2 c sugar
2/3 c cocoa
4 unbeaten eggs
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
2 t vanilla



Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 13x9x2 pan.
Put flour in bowl, add salt and baking powder to it and set aside. Measure sugar, cocoa and set aside. Melt butter in large pan. Remove from heat, add sugar and cocoa, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Add dry ingredients, beat and add vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and bake 350 degrees for 25 min.

Frost if so desired.
